Avoiding Workplace Drama

In any workplace, there’s going to be some degree of drama . For some, this plays out in the form of cliques and cattiness . For others, tensions can arise against one particular person or decision made by the higher-ups , creating a lack of harmony. No matter what version of drama comes into your workplace, it’s best to avoid it. Not only because you won’t want to be viewed by others as in, your boss as part of it, but also because being steeped in drama always clouds what’s really important: your patients and career goals. If you are at work, it is probably because you depend on your working income.   So, it’s your choice whether you get sucked in to complaining with your co-workers , or if you decide to walk on to your next patient with a sense of purpose and a passion for meeting your personal goals. Of course, you’ll have bad days and feel unmotivated from time to time, but having the right attitude helps you stay immune against any potential drama around you. Related:
